The Emergency Manager plans and directs emergency procedures to protect citizens from natural and human - caused disasters.
Management plans are developed to prevent and minimize the effects of emergencies and disasters in Lincoln County.
The Emergency Manager also maintains hazardous materials records for businesses in Lincoln County.
