9:00 Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance

 

9:05 Marti Wooton, Public Health Director, and Karen Mosher, Public Health Office Manager, to discuss funding for the Emergency Preparedness Response position and the use of grant funding from various sources

 

10:00 Cheryl Webb and Trina McConnel with Congresswoman Betsy Markey’s office to introduce themselves and discuss issues the Commissioners want addressed

 

10:30 Lincoln Community Hospital CEO Herman Schreivogel and Sheriff Tom Nestor to discuss remodeling issues at the hospital and implementation of several new programs

 

 

 

1.      Approve additional expense vouchers

2.      Review and approve the minutes from the January 29th meeting

3.      Review a letter from CDOT concerning the February 25, 2010 meeting with the County Commissioners

4.      Review the paperwork submitted by Community Ambulance Service to license the service and their ambulances in Lincoln County

5.      Sign applications for Transportation Enhancement funding, one for new doors and windows for the roundhouse and the other for pedestrian walkways along County Highway 109 located in the city limits of Hugo

6.      Review the January 2010 reports from the County Clerk and the Sheriff

7.      Review a letter from Tony Wernsman of WW Enterprises concerning the current volume of Cell 3 at the county landfill

8.      Review 2009 recycling statistics received from the Southeast and East Central Recycling Association

9.      Review and sign the 911 Grant Agreement with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies for $75,000 to use for the purchase of three 911 Computer-Telephony Integration consoles
