9:00 Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance

9:05 Meet with Perry Brewer, interim Extension Office Director, to discuss any issues concerning the office

10:00 Review Public Health Director applications and decide who to interview

1. Approve payroll and expense vouchers

2. Approve the minutes from the October 16, 2009 meeting

3. Cancel County General check #12533 written on October 6, 2009 to Matt Powell for $277.02 since the check was not received

4. Review the September report of revenues and expenditures for Public Health

5. Review renewal information for the Cafeteria Plan and determine 2010 limits

6. Review and sign a letter of intent to participate in and support the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Community Energy Coordinator Regional application

7. Review a letter of support for Plains Medical Center to obtain funding through the PHHS Block Grant Program

8. Review the signed Notice of Award with McCauley Constructors for the roundhouse roof

9. Review and sign two additional forms for the USDA Rural Development grant application from the county for an 800 MHz console and storage for county generators
